01 · Where It Starts

Landscape Design

Every Silvermoon garden starts with a custom design — drawn for your lot, your home's architecture, the way you actually use the yard, and the maintenance you're willing to commit to. We don't do template plans.

  • On-site analysis (sun, soil, drainage, existing plants)
  • Hand-drawn or digital master plan
  • Plant list with species, sizes, and quantities
  • Written proposal with line-item budget
Timeline2–4 weeks from on-site visit to final plan

02 · From Plan To Garden

Garden Installation

Once the plan is approved, we install it — hardscape first, then irrigation, then soil prep, then the plants. Done in the right order, with care for the plants and your existing landscape.

  • Site prep, grading, soil amendment
  • Hardscape & irrigation installed first
  • Trees, shrubs, and perennials planted to spec
  • Mulch, edging, and final walkthrough
Timeline1–3 weeks depending on scope

03 · The Art of It

Planting & Color Planning

A garden with year-round color is a garden with thought behind it. We select plants for what's blooming in March, what holds through August, and what shows in December — so the garden is never empty.

  • Native & Florida-friendly species prioritized
  • Layered bloom calendar (12-month interest)
  • Foliage texture & color for non-bloom seasons
  • Pollinator & wildlife-friendly selections

04 · The Structure

Hardscape & Stone

Walkways, patios, garden walls, fire-pit areas. Built in natural stone or quality manufactured pavers, properly compacted and edged, so they don't move in five years.

  • Travertine, shellstone, or quality pavers
  • Proper base prep & compaction
  • Garden walls, edging, raised beds
  • Fire-pit and outdoor living areas

05 · The Efficiency

Irrigation Design

A smart irrigation system matched to the plants — not the square footage. Less water, healthier plants, lower bills. Designed in zones that actually make sense for what you're growing.

  • Drip irrigation for beds and shrubs
  • Smart controller with rain & soil sensors
  • Zoned by plant water needs, not lawn sections
  • Repairs and seasonal adjustments included

06 · After Dark

Landscape Lighting

Low-voltage LED lighting for paths, trees, water features, and architecture. The garden after dark is half the design — silhouette the trees, light the path, wash the wall.

  • Path, area, and uplighting
  • LED fixtures (warm 2700K typical)
  • Transformer & timer sizing
  • Smart controls optional (app, voice)

Maintenance Plans

For clients who'd rather not handle the pruning, feeding, and seasonal cleanup themselves, we offer quarterly and annual maintenance plans. Built around what your garden actually needs — not a flat-rate package.

  • Seasonal pruning & shaping
  • Fertilization & soil health
  • Annual color refresh
  • Mulch & bed refresh
PlansQuarterly or annual, scoped to your garden
